As a Program Manager with The Birmingham Education Foundation, Autumn Sanders Foster oversees initiatives designed to make students "college, career, and life ready." At P.D. Jackson-Olin High School in Ensley, she's helping a group of seniors to develop their public speaking skills through personal narratives.
In this interview with The Junction, Autumn talks about working with students to find their "more vulnerable, more honest" voices.
